Meet Our Team

Ren Constas

Ren is excited to be working with Harte Grants. They have worked in agriculture and food access for 7 years, organized with the Real Food campaign, designed on-farm fine-dining fundraising events to support a CSA subsidy initiative in Upstate NY, and worked on a community-led water access project as a Peace Corps volunteer in Nepal.

Most recently, they were farming at a queer cooperative vegetable farm and a heritage sheep farm in the Hudson Valley, NY. Ren is motivated to build and to support others building projects that dream outside of systems of oppression and are led by the people they touch. They are engaged in recognizing and repairing the harm they have done by investing in systems of power and privilege both domestically and abroad.
